Thank you to Sam and his team for a great experience! I came with a bus load of people tonight for a quick dinner stop on our way home, and our bus had an air conditioning malfunction. One of the cashiers put me in touch with the manager right away, and they provided us with waters and a big box of ice for us to keep cool on our trip back to Rochester. We so appreciated the thoughtful and quick action they took to save our day! The food was great and they were quick to make dietary accommodations too! Be sure to stop in to get friendly food service!

I love Panera bread. All their food is delicious and they have lots of healthy food options to. The fresh iced tea is great.

I absolutely love Panera's menu selections and their staff is always very helpful with any questions I may have. All of there food is fresh and superior quality!

My husband and I started going to Panera because the clean healthy menu appealed to us. We are a healthy fit couple, and clean eating is very important to us. We enjoyed it until I got my first "reward" for getting a Panera card. We got a brownie for dessert, and started reading the ingredients. On the list was partially hydrogenated oil. If they say that their ingredients are clean but are really not, then what are they putting in the food that doesn't come with an ingredient label? This may not be a big deal to other people, but it is to us, because we work very hard to eat and stay healthy. This was a major turnoff, and we haven't been back since. It really is a shame, because we enjoyed going there.

I really enjoy the soups.Different than the usual fast food place.
