First time at a Panera Bread Cafe. Shaina, Tucker, Leisa and me totally enjoyed the freshest lunch North Syracuse (Cicero)has to offer. Thanks for the nice assist Shay.

Fresh tasting and huge portions! Crisp salads, delicious soups, and the sandwiches are fantastic! Not to mention the pastry selection is wonderful as well!

Food was excellent although they didn't offer us a pastry like always.

To be fair I didn't even eat their food- called to check if they deliver to an address because the app was behaving strangely. Automated system said you can place an order to go through over the phone- apparently not. Woman answered the phone very rudely, no real greeting, when I asked she promptly said I was wrong and offered no solution. I then said "okay thank you" and she hung up. Very rude, will not ever order from here purely because of this poor customer service. I didn't even call in during a busy hour for them. Very disappointed as I am from out of town where my panera is very nice and helpful.

Always something for everyone. Food is good prepared fresh great baked goods. Always busy but under contro like atmosphere

Food is decent but over priced. Service is good but slow. Cleanliness is usually pretty good but just don't like them sweeping underneath my table when I'm sitting there eating. Usually swamped - controlled chaos at its best.
