Coffee in the large regular coffee is usually old amd discusting

I ordered a grande latte and it came out with a fly in the drink! If I had not opened the lid, I would have drank the coffee with the dead fly. When I pointed it out to the barista, she took the coffee back casually and did not apologize. Then, the barista just showed me an attitude afterwards. Really bad customer service!

This is my go to Starbucks Coffee Shop. I love this place for these reasons. Service is fast & excellent. In the year I have used this store they have never even once made any mistakes with any purchases. They seem to put customers first & no matter how busy they are, handle the speed of everyone's orders gracefully, politely, & with smiles on there faces. They also always take the time no matter how busy to answer your questions. 💜 THIS STARBUCKS STORE

My friends and I spend our Wednesday mornings here. The staff are always friendly and professional. The place is well kept and I love their food and tea (I personally don't drink coffee.) The only downside is that the music is loud sometimes. Other than that it's great place. I highly recommend their egg, bacon, and gouda sandwich. It's amazing.

To Starbucks Co.

I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years and I have always enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff as well as the clean and sanitary setting for customers. I am writing you because I was appalled at the state of your Starbucks location in Kingston NY. There was a leak in the roof that was dripping on the chairs and down the wall of the inside of the store that was left unattended and the tables on the inside of the store were filthy and looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in some time. I am disgusted with my experience at this location and I do hope these aforementioned issues can be addressed quickly for the health and safety of the public.

A bit more spacious than most Starbucks locations. The staff are friendly and get your order ready super fast.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks shops. The service is great and the people are friendly.

Clean, pleasant, well-lit atmosphere, conveniently located. Baristas are all quick and efficient. I go there with my 14 year old son all the time. Nice place.
