This is the slowest Starbucks EVER!! Seems like the people do not want to work there and take their sweet time making our drinks. How complicated is it to make a strawberry green tea infusion. It is already made. The ladies there were taking a long time making the drinks and the wait on the line was at least 10 min for 5 people in front of me.

U order espresso macchiato and the mf fills that with milk so you can have a nice cup of tea! lol who trained these poor ppl!

Worst Starbucks Ever.
It should NOT take 15minutes with NO LINE to make a drink. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Might be the worst Starbucks in the tri state area. 4 employees, a long line, and 3 of the employees are chatting amongst themselves, somehow completely ignoring the customers. How can this be?

Limited options here, probably due to the location of this store being on the thru-way. As I went to order, the cashier was chewing on her nails. I had ordered a dessert and a drink. When the cashier went to get my dessert she had not used gloves and I did not see the paper to pick the desserts up being used, so my dessert was touched by saliva covered fingers. When the cashier went to hand me my brownie, I had asked for another and told her she'd had her fingers in her mouth. I am absolutely disgusted with how this was handled and the fact that she just looked at me with a blank stare and said "Oh". No apology. She did not go and wash her hands after I told her that she'd been chewing on her fingers. I am absolutely disgusted with this store and I most certainly will not be returning here.

Slow paced staff with no common sense. Especially, dealing with money, customer service and time management. Very disappointed.

My experience at Starbucks was less than stellar. The coffee was served cold, and the staff appeared disinterested at the MM-33 N, Sloatsburg, NY 10974, USA location. I won't be returning anytime soon.
