I've been going to this Starbucks literally everyday, M-F for the past couple of years. It's taken me awhile to write a review but after today's experience, I'm extremely disappointed. For starters, I use the mobile app and wait at least 10 mins before picking it up just to be safe (preparing time says 3-8 mins). When it comes to food, 3 out of 5 times something is missing from my order. They either ran out or have yet to grab it from the casing and place it at the mobile counter where orders are supposed to be picked up... This usually happens on days when it's not overly crowded which makes no sense to me. It's so frustrating to have to "cut the line" and ASK for a refund because it was done on the app. Wednesday's are by far the worst when it comes to drinks. I order the same thing, tea with milk and Splenda. Such a simple order yet they always seem to mess it up. I also order for my co-workers so in order to use the app, I reload my card with at least $10 to $25 dollars a day... it's sad that all I get in return is careless customer service.

Has to be the WORST Starbucks I have ever been too. The building quality is nice and the outdoor sitting is beautiful so this place gets good reviews but the workers at this place are AWFUL. I have been there 10 times and they have messed up my order 9 times. There was a pregnant women who worked there who had the worst attitude and would comepetly mess up my order and then disappear into the back. I sat there one time for 10 minutes waiting for my sandwich just to find out the worker lady never even submitted my sandwhich order even tho I payed for it. And one time the worker forgot to put ice in my ice coffee !!!!! They always give you completely melted ice in your ice coffee that dissolve in 2 minutes and your ice coffee will taste so watered down. WORST Starbucks in the world
I keep giving this place another try because it's right next to where I stay but it is the worst employees in the world !!! YOU GET MY ORDER WRONG EVEY TIME

This place is always hopping but keeps their drinks consistent. They have a seating area and toilet

If you have an hour to get a coffe, this is your place!
Super slow and not caring staff.

Good products, service and staff. My daughter and I had a relaxing time on the outside patio.

I think this is one of the best Starbucks. The people that work are very nice. Lori has the place running smoothly. Michelle is very nice sometimes she will bring my order to me at the table which she doesn't have to do. I have been going here around 10 years

I've been going to this Starbucks for years. The Manager and her staff are very professional and attentive . They make the atmosphere a friendly small town energy which I love. I believe Lori sets a high standard for the employees, and it's evident by the full house I usually walk into that they're doing something special. ..all of which I appreciate, since I'm there twice a day! Thanks for making me feel special. ..

The Barista was rude (young Black woman w.hair pulled back). I asked her if my frap was Coffee light & you'd have thought I asked for her first born child. She needs a lesson in "grace under pressure." I expect more from Starbucks employees. Date and time: 3pm on Thur March 2nd. Everyone else was VERY nice, esp. the cashier (young, Black male...a 'little' stocky). They do move fast, though. That's all I've got!

Beautiful re-design. But long lines reflect the local school schedules: Expect to wait in the morning between 8 and 9, around lunchtime and again after 2:30 pm.

They can never seem to get my order right. When asking for it to be fixed, I get a blank stare as if I am asking for too much. I want my drink they way i requested it. I keep trying this place because it is convenient for my errands but NEVER do i have a pleasant experience.
