Small location, not the best Starbucks around. The people are nice, but the store seems squeezed into a small space - even for a Starbucks. Coffee is fine, but not a place to go and hang out. That said, it is convenient in a busy shopping center, so we go from time to time.

its a busy workplace, with lots of people in lines. if you dont want to wait, use your starbucks app!

Management, is horrible. Offended if you don't know the LINGO. And, over charged. I just Let it be, as a reminder, NOT TO GO BACK.

I had a terrible experience at Starbucks. The coffee was cold, and the staff was rude at the 399 S Oyster Bay Rd, Plainview, NY 11803, USA location. I won't be giving it another chance.

What an incredible experience at Starbucks! Their 399 S Oyster Bay Rd, Plainview, NY 11803, USA location is a true gem. The barista was so friendly and recommended the most delightful latte. I can't wait to come back and try their pastries!
