We felt very rushed the order board wasn't clear enough to read it! We said one second twice and had to just quickly pick a sandwich we didn't know what was on it because the colors on the board are dark its very hard to see! This needs to be changed I work in fast food and seeing the menu is very important!

Thank you to the two wonderful Starbucks employees tonight. We went in to get coffee for Veterans Day and they were fun & thanked my husband for his service. I love this location. Staff is fast & friendly. Orders are always correct and hot & delicious. I love the staff here!

I like the place. The staff is indeed friendly and service is usually fast. However, I still my espresso w/o a saucer or a spoon and I have to ask for the demitasse otherwise I get my espresso in a paper cup. The staff is not used to people ordering an espresso here, and consequently they don't know how to serve it. I feel bad having to give detailed instructions. So now I come here only when I need to get coffee beans. Otherwise I found a Starbucks associated with B&N in Ridge rd in Webster, where they do serve espresso properly.

Forgot my coffee, when I asked for it (simple black coffee) I get the bottom off the container as the guy is shaking it. Tastes terrible and not worth the price Starbucks charges. Nice reminder why I'll wait six months to forgot and try it again.

Everytime go this location it is poorly executed. They always forget my coffee and I end up having to ask a barista to make it because I've been waiting for half an hour (for a hot dark roast coffee).

Starbucks at 944 Hard Rd a, Webster, NY 14580, USA is my go-to spot for a reason. The flat white is unbeatable, and the personalized service makes me feel like a valued customer. It's become a daily ritual I can't do without.
