Service is good. NOT COOL that they decided to change their hours on a whim. It's 7:18pm and they're closed.

The attendant on 8/23/17 time 4:35 pm was not kind and or welcoming and upon asking that I need whole milk for my iced drink, she gave me an attitude and told me I didn't mention. The other girl working with Dave or gave.

The coffee was decent, but the workers were very rude. The workers kept checking what time they were getting off and were very obvious about it. They also were very disorganized and gave out wrong drinks then blamed it on the costumer. One of the workers named Ashley was very rude to my friends and I, she was slamming our drinks around and being very rude about one of us taking the wrong drink even though we asked if it was ours. In conclusion, this establishment was highly dysfunctional and shows no respect to their loyal, high paying costumers. I do not plan on coming back in the future and I advise you all to do the same.

Good product, but always feels like the B Squad is working at this location. Running out of Half and Half midday, trash cans always full. finding out an item is out of stock 10 minutes after you've paid. Don't even know if there is a manager on duty. Staff always looks unhappy.

I can't stop raving about Starbucks! The cortado was a revelation, and the cozy seating made it the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. It's a hidden haven for coffee lovers like me.

The coffee at Starbucks was decent, but the staff at 1 Galleria Dr, Middletown, NY 10941, USA could be more attentive. While I enjoyed the coffee itself, the service was lacking in terms of attentiveness. It's the small details that make a difference.

Starbucks exceeded my expectations. The mocha was divine, and the staff's warm and welcoming attitude made me feel like a regular customer, even on my first visit.

Starbucks is a coffee lover's dream come true. The aroma of freshly roasted beans welcomes you, and the baristas are like coffee maestros. A bit pricey, but worth every sip.
