Nice, clean place. Very nice friendly staff even late by the end of the day. Had choice of all cake pops late in the evening and good options for hot sandwiches.. Very clean bathrooms

It's a nice atmosphere the employees are nice and I haven't had and issue yet with having to wait to long for my drink.

Decent service. Usually prompt and polite but on occasions they like to chat more than anything.

I've only used the drive through, but they are always fast and very friendly. They've always gotten my order right too. Also, it looks like it will be hard to drive in and out of from the road, but they have a traffic light. There is never a problem and it's usually pretty fast even when traffic is heavy.

The NEW outdoor patio is much better than the old one. Upon entering, you are always greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even though [at times] it is busy here, there really isn't that much of a wait. You beverage and/or food item[s] are prepared to your liking or they'll make it again. It's always clean. The restrooms are spotless as well as the dining area. The WIFI is fast and free. A GREAT place to study, work or converse with friends. Stop in and see for yourself!!!

It's pretty slow, took like 10 minutes for a drink, while people who ordered after me were getting food served. All together pretty bad experience

A couple people there were very nice, but they screwed up my drink a lot while I was in the Adirondacks for vacation for a week. The reason I decided to write the review though was that on top of that, the last day I went there they screwed it up again, so tried to ask them to re make it, but none of the 6 people I could see back there would even acknowledge I was standing there, and the one guy was looking in my direction holding a trash bag and acted like I wasn't there. Still though I waited patiently for another minute, then tried saying excuse me, still was ignored, my mom even tried to help me by yelling excuse me, we were still ignored. I then decided to just leave, and will never go back to that Starbucks again, hope to be back to Lake George, but will drive further to the next closest Starbucks.

As many other Starbucks, this place is as good as the other one.

The staff is friendly and helpful, they know their coffee. It's a great place to hang out.

I love the layout inside! Very friendly staff, plus they made my latte perfectly. Great place to hangout and read a book for a while.

Free Wi-Fi, really good coffee, not always consistent...large multi level seating area.

Delicious coffee and usually quick service, although it does get pretty crowded on weekends, especially around the holidays.

Great staff.... They handle large crowds very well....seating areas are spacious and comfortable

Always quick and friendly and have always had Cold Brew when I have ordered it here. Very large seating area too.
