A little chilly inside for a cold drink. However, perfect temperature for a hot one.

Line at the drive thru was really long so I went inside. Long wait there too. They need more people working there. Drink was great once I got it.

We spend about $1500 a year at Starbucks between my Wife and I (seriously I did the math) and I have to say, the staff at this location have been consistently rude and obnoxious. With the exception of floats from other branches I have nothing good to say about this location. AVOID at all costs. There is one down the road by the dorms and although it is busy, it is at least living up to the expectations you have for a trusted name like Starbucks. The one on Front st is the same, very good staff and so friendly. Corporate or whoever really needs to go clean house at this location. Sad.

The Baristas in this starbucks are quite swell Paul is my favorite he had that extra special thing that makes your morning go right

I come here everyday to study for an hour. I witness many moments of extreme rudeness from the staff. I Once asked if they had lemon and the answer was "we have lemonade"!! I detailed my inquiry and said it'd be for my tea ! The same answer: "no we have lemonade" Seriously people! Use your brain, if I want lemonade, I ask for lemonade! A little kindness please

Starbucks stands out as the best coffee shop in 2540 Vestal Pkwy E, Vestal, NY 13850, USA. Their perfectly frothed cappuccinos and welcoming staff create an inviting atmosphere that keeps me coming back. It's my happy place.
