Like any Starbucks, this one located at Terminal 8 of John F Kennedy International Airport, New York has got all the varieties of Starbucks but the same is not that crowded. Sitting space both inside and outside available. Rates are as usual. Its location is on the way to gates 31 to 43. Do visit and have a sip of hot Starbucks coffee.

The service was really bad. The cashier even took the time to finish her text before taking my order.

I LIVE on Starbucks frapaccino shut this one tasting like nothing! Literally nothing and the staff did nothing but play around and good off behind the counter. Starbucks, you need to consider some new employees

I was very disappointing with the service here as it is not the usual in other Startbucks. I ordered a Small capuccino and I got the biggest one. It had to wait for more than 10 minutes until the manager came to approve the change and more than 5 minutes more to do it. They gave the capuccino cold on top of that.

20 mins to get two frappe. Because they were made incorrectly twice.

I went to the new starbucks on JFK....and the service was not friendly, no whipped crème on the top of the white mocha, and the cup was 3/4 full.
