One of the worst Starbucks. Always overcrowded and hot. Smells like spoiled milk. Service takes forever. I stopped going.

I was in 1 Crossgates Mall Rd B231, Albany, NY 12203, USA last weekend and tried Starbucks's cold brew. It was simply amazing! The rich flavor and the hint of chocolate made it the perfect afternoon pick-me-up.

I was disappointed by Starbucks. The latte was lukewarm, and the pastries were stale. The overall experience left much to be desired.
