Avoid.
Serious attitude problem from all the workers.
It's like they're miserable and don't even want to hear it, every day.
I mean okay, one day, I'll let it slide but after 9 years of going here, they need a serious HR restructuring.
You're working at Starbucks, I've been treated better at mcDonalds or Wendy's next door.
1. Put a smile on.
2. When your customers ask you a question, try not to look like you just pee'd in your pants.
3. Have some rum in your coffee, cause you are all way too stuck up.

It is Starbucks. If you like Starbucks, you'll likely enjoy this one. If you don't, skip it.

There are actually a couple (two) employees here that are nice. The rest are very rude and slow. I order a mobile order every day and it's always something different with these employees. They even talk about you right in front of you rather than talking directly to you and a dressing the issue. Even of the customer was the confused or wrong one, you shouldn't talk to them as if they just stole your boyfriend. No customer service skills at all.

This is not a Starbucks.
This place pretends to be a Starbucks, but every other one I go to, is completely night and day to this one.
1. Cropsey - The Best, by far. Best Staff
2. MetroTech - Great! Runner-Up! Best Staff
3. Kings Highway - Awesome!
4. Brighton Beach - SHOT! I'd rather drink goat milk than get a coffee here.

Very busy in the AM rush hours. Bathrooms for customers only. Well stocked lunch and breakfast items. Typical expensive stuff. Staff can be quite curt. If your caffeine fix can't wait, it's an okay option. Street parking can be difficult.

This place is always crowded. They are always on short staff they need to start to hire more people this location is very important location is in the heart in the center of Coney Island Brighton Beach area. they need to really to take care of this place it's a Trashy place. Look at the pictures the floor the table it's very disgusting no one there to maintain the place clean. Management need to step up and help this place from falling and closing very soon.

I go every morning at 8:30 or 9 o'clock a.m. they always say that they ran out of everything bagel it is unbelievably true. Their customer service is very poor the workers are very rude they touch your cup lid with their hand is very disgusting they need to start to wearing gloves.

Not a cozy place as Starbucks usually are. Dirty floors, even in the early mornings. Nice only to take your coffee and go.

Clean and Quiet, nice staff, great coffee and Free wifi. a bit pricy but worth it.

After paying $3 for tea, the barista wouldn't give me additional hot water in the same cup even, without charging me 50 cents. #Starbucks wtf?!?

Its OK though over crowded at times with no where to sit down. But the coffee and the Staff Are great. I only gave it 4 stars cause at times when I want to get a coffee/drink and sit down... There are often people there who don't buy anything literally for days and use this establishment as their free WiFi spot..and sit there for 3 to 4 hrs at times
