I really enjoy Starbuck coffee! Nothing wrong with the product! Excellent coffee! However there is that one lady with a bad attitude, like the attitude of the woman in the DMV! She is a whole entire disgrace to the staff of starbuck! And she messed up my name since she realized that I didnt like her attitude! She wrote Kimbley for Kimberly! Who CANT SPELL KIMBERLY?

Great drinks.fast service.some of the employees can use a attitude adjustment but overall great place.dude with the tattoos makes my drinks the best.

Clean, spacious, the arrangement of merchandise and the courteous staff make every visit worthwhile.

ATTITUDE! And arguing amongst each other behind the counter terrible service, lady had an attitude and took like 10 minutes just to read the ingredients for my drink because she was paying attention to something else go, it was only 4 ingredients, and got rude with me when i asked if she was ready for me. These baristas need better training and customer service skills, they act like they dont want to make your drink.

Good customer service. Allows you to order ahead. Usually crowded with college students and lots of people talking. Could use some more seating.

This location is terrible. The staff never knows what's in stock. Sometimes they are out of entire selections of brewed coffee. It's not clean. Management is clueless. It's just terrible here. I would not recommend this location to anyone!

Though there's always a decent line from the college kids, the staff is very pleasant, you get your drinks pretty quickly, and my orders have never been screwed up. Very cozy and clean.

Okay, so this is, as not-so-expected, a great Starbucks. The employees are so welcoming and the atmosphere feels like you're not in a multi-billion dollar branch, aka an actual cafe. The lines can be terribly long and the mornings/early afternoons are very busy, but they both pull through very quickly. The only downside to it all is how small it is, with there not being much room to sit and work on your papers. You'd think it'll be big and all with Brooklyn College right across from it, but it's unfortunately not. The manager is quite lovely. She's very understanding and puts both her customers and team first. The employees are wonderful at what they do: great multi-taskers, fast-paced and get-donners (if there's such thing). It's overall a great Starbucks.

Great place on a Sunday!!!! Nice and quiet! Baristas do a great job with your orders. During the week it is a bit hectic.
