The drinks were served very quickly and the employees did not hesitate to add more flavoring to my caramel latte after I said it was too bitter for me. The dining area was clean and full of friendly people.

Wonderful place to get coffee and hang with friends. Also good for business meeting and group activities such as bingo and other fun things. Free WiFi. lots of food to choose from. Just a nice place to go for all ages.

I’ve been disappointed in this Tim Hortons location lately. The girl at the window every morning is the most miserable person I’ve ever met, gave no greeting and didn’t talk once when we are completely nice to her and said thank you when she was handing our food to us, and has a puss on her face all the time. My mother and I are always in a hurry to get where we are going in the morning and always go to this location because it’s near, but 9/10 times our order is wrong or cooked wrong. My breakfast sandwich was dry and not cooked once again today and my cappuccino that I ordered ended up being hot chocolate. Hoping their service gets friendlier and hoping their staff learns how to cook anytime soon. Certain shifts have friendly people but the girl in the window this morning was completely rude and is nasty every time we go there.

Depending on who is working, it can be awesome service. There are a select few employees that go above and beyond for customers. Unfortunately, there are more employees that act miserable and rude.. I understand it gets very busy there.. I worked at Tim hortons for years when I was in my early 20s. So I know how crazy and frustrating it can get. But if you can't be pleasant and at least put on a smile for customers, then don't get a customer service job. Either put a smile on your face and at least pretend to be semi-nice or don't work for a company that is literally nothing but customer service! But I do go there often because I do live close to it and If you get some of the good employees, the visit can be perfect... They should get rid of some of those sour puss employees and then I would have no issues with this Tim Horton's.

Coffee had sudzy soap bubbles, we threw it out. Wasn't worth the drive back to complain

Here and there the breakfast sandwiches are cooked but the majority of the time, like the staff working right this second, didn't cook the Bread didn't melt the cheese or made the sausage warm enough. And whoever the girl is taking the order the past two times through the drive thru has has the total of our order 2x as expensive as it should be and both times she knew it and wasn't going to say anything until the end because before we say anything the same girl walks up to the girl cashing out and immediately changes it. Why would you have your employee tell a customer the wrong amount and make the person collecting the money look bad? Most of the time I'm satisfied with my order just think food that looks clearly uncooked needs to get cooked!

Told management we would be stopping with 40 people. They had extra people working. Got in and out with no problems. Thank you

These guys are always great. Dead accurate orders, nice people, and usually pretty fast service. This is definitely our favorite Hortons

This is the worst Tim hortons ever the drive thru is so slow when you are at the speaker you get rushed like its a inconvenience to them and very rude and tonight we went there and two gentlemen at the window were awful they were rude on the speaker and rude at the window very ignorant horrible staff !!!!!! I have never had such bad experiences with any other Tim hortons as a customer than I do here

The coffee is God awful. Food is 50/50 but some of the staff is nice.

Drive through has been very slow. To wait twenty minutes just to order and there are only three cars ahead of me that is unacceptable. The coffee cups are horrible. They leak all the time. Which leads to very hot coffee spilling on yourself. I get double cup to prevent getting very hot in your hand however even that does not help. I understand coffee is very hot but maybe come up with a better cup like Styrofoam. Very disappointed with Tim Horton's lately.

Just encountered the RUDIST employee at route 5 store. VERY dissatisfied. Girl waiting on me was nice though. People should think before they speak. She should be reprimanded.

Clean place. Fast service always a good selection of food and baked goods. The people that work there are always very polite and efficient. Sometimes the drive-thru gets really backed up give yourself enough time.

A nice Tim Hortons. Staff cycles, but the product is standardized and service is generally good.

Timmy Ho's operate by the rule, "some are fast, some are slow."
This is a fast one. Get the broccoli cheese soup. It's great on a cold day.
