This WAS a good Tim Hortons ab a yr ago. The 1 on ridge road in Lackawanna is now TERRIBLE. EVERY time they either don't put enough sugar in or they don't stir it. I was a regular there, 1 time I understand, even 2 times I get it. If u look at my history I've been there 5 times this week and EVERY time there was a problem. So now I go to a diff 1 on my way to work. The 1 in Lackawanna they make u wait to serve u until they are done laughing with ea other. Unprofessional, once I heard complaints from a few other ppl I thought now it's time to give them a review & would be zero stars if they had that option.
**UPDATE** They are now serving cold coffee that SHOULD be warm/hot. And they almost poured the cleaning solution in my cup. Im filing a complaint to the department of health at this location (ridge Rd, Lackawanna)

It was horrible
I know why I haven't been to that location in so long. They only had one vegetable soup available .We wanted to make it a meal ,it was difficult for the cashier to understand .No napkins in the dispenser and I had to ask for a spoon ,was like a chore .

The male, dark brown hair with a beard was at the counter taking order. He was not pleasant and filled the order incorrectly. I asked another associate to correct it. She did very well. There must have been a conversation between the two as he then singled me out and claiming to her he filled the order. He seemed mildly irritated. Coffee was excellent.

Love the dark roast coffee. Breakfast sandwiches are good for " fast food " . Independent ownership franchise. Big difference in service level from location to location. This particular location is usually very busy with good service speed.

Great location everything always fresh they also have the ice cream so it's wonderful for all the family one stop servsol or a quick business meeting

It's alright but when you get a hot chocolate you think they add the milk and chocolate mix but they don't they add boiling hot water and hot chocolate mix! 😷

fresh roasted coffee, I'm addicted to it. Some other timmys are hit or miss. This place was good.

12/10 breakfast sandwiches were COLD and not even toasted. The other 2 were remakes. Waste of time and money. Management needs to get a grip on standards and holding employees accountable. There's a ton of TH in the area and will go else where from now on.

Ok I love Tim Hortons, but the staff here today seemed like they just didn't want to be there today. Really bad customer service.
But still great food and coffie

Staff was not as attentive as other locations visited. Everyone initially centered on drive-thru, ignoring waiting customers. Man's order next to me was incorrect sizes of coffee ordered. One point people came in and they actually loudly said "hello" because nobody was in sight to take orders! Garbage was filled to top. Not impressed.

Terrible. This location screws up orders every single time. Ordered one of the new sandwiches and it was on untoasted panini bread. Supposed to be on a square type bun. That was the last straw going to this location. Maybe the projects would be a better fit for this franchise
