Having left a previous review that no longer exists. It makes me wonder the professionalism of this establishment.
It would seem that instead of making the changes, store owner "Regina James" has decided it better to just sweep problems brought to her attention under the carpet.
Deleting a comment regarding how terrible your establishment is because of the employees that work there is worrying as to how Tim hortons as a corporation has allowed this store to continue its path.
Although I suppose it may be because of the few employees who seem to be forced into carrying the workload of their fellow employees who come there to just socialize and laze about to get a free ride.
Now there is the reasoning as to why I write this in this section rather than in person. This is easily answered in being because my wife, myself, as well as many other people I'm assured, have made numerous complaints regarding this stores employees. To which we have realized, that these complaints are completely disregarded.
However now seeing the removal of my previous statements, it would seem that someone in this establishment is well aware that these accusations are true and do not want any other potential customers to know.
So now it is left as to why I am doing this.
It breaks mine and my wife's heart to walk into this establishment regularly and see a few employees whom go in to a working place to do their job. Whilst the rest clearly have no intention nor are expected to.
We however will be making sure that us, and everyone we know and come into contact with there will make the step into making sure this establishment is changed for the better. Not for just the customers, but for the few employees there who deserve it.

Best place to get a coffee with fresh doughnuts. Sandwiches are small though, be aware. On a hot day it's great to get an ice cap.

I asked the fat black girl w/glasses that works the window if she could stir my tea for me (I mean it's not like I'm paying them money to prepare my food/drinks or anything) and she goes "that's why I gave you a straw". Granted, I'd probably be as miserable as her if I was her age working at Tim Hortons, too :-)

Didn't even have any of the donuts ready and the only one was plain also that plain donut was disgusting! I asked for sugar and the gave me only cream for my black coffee! I'm just mad because the girl working there had a puss on her face and was NOT a good server!

Let me tell you about Tim Hortons in 5316 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043, USA. It's a bit off the beaten path, but trust me, it's worth the journey. The cold brew I enjoyed was like a refreshing summer breeze, and it woke me right up. The décor is quirky yet charming, with mismatched chairs and whimsical artwork. The barista even shared a coffee joke that had me in stitches. A must-visit for those who appreciate a good brew and a good laugh.

My visit to Tim Hortons was nothing short of a caffeine adventure. The pour-over coffee was like a journey through coffee heaven. The café's modern vibe and jazz playlist set the mood perfectly. I'm a fan!
