New pumpkin spice shots are horrible. Service is painfully slow

Love the coffee. There Monday through Friday mornings the staff is always pleasant.

Don't go here in the morning. Probably the slowest Tim Hortons in the greater Rochester area. Lines out the door and drivethru line is always wrapped completely around the building.

Always a town favorite, good service Sunday mornings are busy and crowded. Great place to hang out great food and coffee.

Stopped in for lunch. Food was good. Wish they offered diet coke. Coffee was not as good as past visits

I visited this Tim Hortons around 9 AM on a Saturday. The drive through was very busy but it was not too bad inside of the restaurant. The staff was well trained attentive and friendly. I had a good experience and would return.

Great Tim Hortons! I come here often and although the cashier staff aren't as experienced they are really nice and make great food. and it's nice to hear Christian music playing. This place really makes my day.

Very busy but also very quick, and the correct order when going in the drive thru.

expect an extremely long line and full parking lot on the weekends, but it moves pretty quickly. good coffee and sandwiches.
