It's kind of like every other Tim's where their super busy in the mornings and it's like an endless marry-go-round of cars. A mess is what it is. I've had quite a few problems with this location. The first being that they never get my "Double Double" part of my coffee correct. But I've gotten over it. Second being that "toasted" part of my bagel is never toasted. I don't know how many times you have to say toasted before they actually toast it. The last being that when I ordered a hot cappuccino (large) it came half full. Not once, but twice. Disappointing.

While sitting talking with my friend we had to keep pushing the flies and fruit flies away from our coffee. This is December and I've never seen so many fruit flies in one place at this time of year. I will never go back to this one.

Good coffee, decent food but very very slow during morning rush

Great coffee, usually the drive-thru moves quickly, and it did during my last three visits. Management seems to be doing a good job of hiring excellent help to accomplish this.

Have you ever been proud to be a customer at an establishment? It's possible the drive thru team has been formally trained by the pit crews of NASCAR or Formula One... that fast. Long physical lines never equals long wait times. They break standard queue logic like that. I'm a continuous customer. Keep up the great work.

Terrible service. Had a minimum of 3 incorrect orders in the short time I was there. Cancelled my order because I didn't have time to wait any longer. Attitude of staff was very unprofessional and one employee was down right rude. Have been going there for years. Seems to be new staff. I will no longer patronize this location.

The staff in the morning is very quick & knowledgeable. Going in the afternoon is a different experience. Save yourself a headache & go in the morning NOT the afternoon.

Food and drinks are great, service is fast and friendly

Very slow, there must have been 8-10 people behind the counter and a line of cars wrapped around the building and a line inside to the door.

Timmy Ho's is the best no matter where you go.

Always busy always fresh coffee. Never much of wait.
