Still a disappointment. The first order came out on the wrong bread. The second was so burned it was inedible. Think my hubby finally gets this is not the place to stop. Wish I could add the picture of what was sent out the door as edible. This was the third strike. No more opportunities.

Everything is slow! Hire people that work fast get rid of the slow people... night time staff is a lot better most of the time!

I usually visit the Wendy's that is in the same building, but the Tim Horton's is always well stocked with favorite comfort foods and sandwiches and the Frozen Mocha Latte's are scrumptious.

1 star due to staff experience. Waited in line for 15 minutes and I was in the part where I was stuck with a car on either side of me, so I couldn't even leave. Got to the window and my coffees (2 of them) were not ready. I explained I was in a big hurry on my way to work. I was given a look and then still had to wait another minute. No apology for the delay or wait.

Great coffee. Service issues usually good. Can get over whelmed when busy.

This is the first visit where the staff was actually professional and friendly. They are still gossiping, complaining, and swearing with each other loudly enough to be heard in the dining room, but at least they were nice to me this time. It's also one of the few times they have two people working in the 4-6 pm range. It's still dirty, though not as filthy as usual. And for the first time, they actually have some mac-n-cheese and soup left. Normally, they run out after lunch and don't make any more for the rest of the day. I love Tim Horton's food and coffee but this is consistently the worst store I've ever seen.

They have a variety of different foods from sandwiches to macaroni & cheese to breakfast like bagels, donuts, & muffins. Plus a variety of drinks as well. And they were fast on getting you your order.

Decent coffee. Donuts are dry as a paper bag. Staff is often unfriendly....especially in the morning. Night time staff is much friendlier.

Clean, often out of some donuts. Often drinks are wrong on drive thru dispute having a screen to show your order

I gave a 3 cos the staff where rude this is every morning. and not so present the girls must of woke up on the wrong side of the Bed.
