Horrible!!! They NEVER have hash browns! If you know you always run out then order more from your supplier! I waited 10 minutes for a sandwich because one of the employees cleared out the computer thinking I already had I.GET IT TOGETHER NEWARK TIM HORTONS!

Best breakfast drive thru. Better than Starbucks and Dunkin. Great service. Canadian based so of course it's great

I asked for two of a particular item, and I got one, I asked if I was charged for one, they said yes, ok that's fine, but then the one item I ordered wasnt even made correctly. I understand when its busy there can be a lot of pressure, and mistakes are made, but when I wait in line for more than five minutes, and employees are just sauntering around behind the counter having casual conversation, walking around with my order in their hand there is no excuse. In their defense the cashier was polite, but they need to pay more attention when the customer places an order, and double check the order with them to ensure accuracy.

Very clean... courteous staff... food made fresh. Definitely a good Tim Hortons branch

I stopped at the Tim Hortons in Newark at 5:15am. They open at 5 so I figured they would be ready. I waited in the drive thru for 3 minutes without anyone taking my order. I proceed to the window to try to place my order and again nothing. One employee putting things away behind the counter saw me and asked for someone to get the guy at the window. Nobody came and this woman walked away and back 3 times never bothering to come to the window. All the while I'm waiting I hear people laughing and playing loud music. I know at least 3 other cars drove away before and after me as well as another individual I work with. I enjoy Tim Hortons coffee, but it's not worth poor customer service.

The help was friendly Need to do better on busing the tables and cleanliness plus hash browns are always cold.

Tim Hortons in Newark, NY is typical Tim Horton serving the standard fair of Tim Horton usuals. The staff however fell a little short when it came to friendliness and courtesy.
The girl that waited on us never greeted us in a friendly manner at all.
She made no eye contacr, offered no "GoodvMorning" greeting and the never said "Thank you" OR "Have a nice day".
Surely Tim Norton's in Newark, NY hasn't fallen that far down the Tim Norton's Corporate Standards scale of Excellence.
On a scale of 1-5 Newark gets a "2.5".
The coffee saved ya.

Great coffee and pastries. Poor lighting outside, often look closed. Horrible pot hole in drive through.

Good food and prices are not bad. Sometimes you have a wait to order.

Crew is by far the slowest I've ever encountered. If you're pressed for time pass on by.
