The staff is upbeat and works hard. Tim Hortons always has the best coffee and most delicious sandwiches!

Food is typically very good. The Prices sometimes vary as well.

Drive thru is quick and efficient. Food is nice change to typical burger fare. Donuts are great!

The one time I choose Tim Horton's for coffee over Starbucks or McDonald's, and they don't have cream or sugar for the coffee! They were also only accepting cash with a broken credit machine, so their loss for the credit customers. Strange for a chain to have this many problems in one day.

Clean & not crowded at all, customer service is great. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter to help me so I thought I would have to wait a while, everyone was busy doing something else but someone helped me right away. I appreciate that because I was on a time limit.

Using the WiFi to get some school work done. Enjoyed a mocha latte and a bacon cheese bagel.

The ladies who are behind the counter were not very polite. My son didnt get his order of 2 sandwiches, we told the employee this and she then started yelling at us saying she did in fact make them 15 minutes beforehand. I tryed telling her if she did then she didn't give them to my son she must have given them to someone else. She then yelled some more about how she made them already and cursed profanities to another employee with my son and 1 year old in ear shot of everything she said.

Great donuts. Mediocre service. Disgustingly dirty restaurant (two overflowing garbage cans, wrappers and napkins on floor, multiple dirty tables, etc) with employees just standing around.

Worst Tim Horton's EVER! We just watched 4 people walk out the door as we waited for nearly 10 minutes as 3 employees bumbled around. If you don't go thru the drive thru you can expect to wait nearly 20 minutes for one f-ing drink!!! Where is management??? Can you say staffing issue?!?

Great coffee... if you like it cold. We can always count on the cold coffee. Get doughnuts, then go down the street to McD's for coffee. Sad, actually.
