I usually like this tim hortons until I started getting yelled at early morning by some newer staff she's foreign or from out of town (not a racist just dont know her name or how to describe her so we can fix the problem) she screams the order back she's rude when they are out of items like its my fault for asking, she doesnt respond to thank you , and shes more than miserable to be there , makes me miserable , I never have dreaded getting coffee from an establishment for fear of being yelled at or insulted . do better Tim .....

Always run out of different items, soup, yogurt, and doesn't matter what day of the week. Staff is less then thrilled to be there.

I will never go to Tim Hortons again in East Rochester. I was seriously insulted by the general manager(Furnanda) there and it was disgusting. Long story short I went through the drive-thru and attempted to use multiple coupons I then realized I was unable to do so, so then I proceeded to tell them that was ok and I would do multiple transactions so I could use multiple coupons. So the woman lets me proceed with my order and I use two coupons at the window I then proceeded to go inside to use my remaining coupon. as I attempt to use the coupon the woman then proceeded to tell me I am not allowed to do so even though the coupon specifies one coupon per transaction. on top of all of this I am holding my five year old son in my arms and she proceeds to tell me why don't you spend the extra dollar and pay full price!? I then informed her that the coupon I was trying to use I was able to do so because it's one coupon per transaction she then says, you know what I'll just give them to you for free because it looks like you can't afford the $2! all while I'm holding my five year old son in my arms,he says to me mommy that was mean. I'm disgusted by the way I was treated and talked down to and that my poor child had to witness such cruelty, I will never come to this establishment again not to mention she also tried to force the customer behind me to use my coupon for me and then proceeded to check him out and refuse me service!!! (If I could give negative stars I would!!!)

Good clean store. Was hoping the grill was still hot since most 24hr US stores keep it live until 10pm, but was informed the store was practicing to shut down by 9pm. It was approximately 8:40 when I was in.

Coffee is decent but kinda expensive, Starbucks and Dunkin Doughnuts is better.

Like most Tim Hortons, it was unkempt and full of crumbs. Had to wipe down a table ourselves. Food was correct, fast, and well-prepared. In general, it was a typical TH experience.

I have been to a few Tim Horton's in my days....this one has ALWAYS made my order right fresh & delicious......conveniently located just off 490 E in East Rochester.

Theres always a wait no matter how many customers they have, unfortunately the donuts are different than in other Tim's. Donuts are definitely not discarded at the right time so I have gotten old hard as a rock donuts

They get my order right about 30% of the time. Today they managed to give me the wrong donuts and the wrong drink... I was the only one in the drive through lane so it's not like they could've gotten confused.
