I have been stopping here for two weeks now. Each time the customer service representatives give me attitude. Absolutely no one smiles it is quite possible that this employees are being held against their will. I haven’t seen a group of people that could care less about their jobs. They are more concerned about texting and doing there makeup. What is the deal with this? Went to order a sandwich one day no bacon, ask what soup they have and they just have “hearty vegetable” which is a joke. I asked to speak to management and they sent a 20-something woman to the drive through window she explained to me making the soup is difficult? Difficulties of pouring a bagged item into a crockpot? Way to fail during winter award goes to..... Tim Hortons, Abbott Rd Lackawanna.

This Tim Horton's filled my order of 2, 12 cup boxes correctly after the one in Derby didn't fill my order after a 2 hour notice. They seemed to manage to fill it with only 45 minutes notice. On time and with a smile.

Edited: 07/17 - Dining room is now closed between 9pm and 5am while drive through remains open 24 hrs. Food and service level seems to have slipped. Better Tim Hortons Express located in Noco Express service station about 1 mile down Abbott Rd. Reduced rating by 1 star.

Generally, one of the better Tim Hortons in the area. Clean, quiet and fairly efficient. Drive thru lines can be longish, especially on Weekends or when events are scheduled at Rich Stadium.

Went from one of the best Tim Hortons around to one that i avoid at all costs. 90% of staff is rude and simply do not care. Service is terrible now, last visit i waited in line for food for 25 minutes only for them to serve other people and have them tell me that they "forgot about my order" .. Id prefer dunkin donuts over this tim hortons, and i hate dunkin donuts.

Great place to grab a coffee. They have a dark roast as well.

The coffee is just "ok" ...If your looking for coffee, they're way better options out there

Food is ok....drivethru is terrible setup but staff keeps moving at cost of quality

Have never had any issues with service at this TH. They are one of the more expedient ones around as well.

Slowest Tim Hortons in WNY. Drive thru took 15 minutes to get to the ordering window and then 5 minutes without someone saying anything we moved up to hear them ask for order from the people behind us. Get to the window and tried to tell the employee that we didn't order at the menu board and he acted like this has never happened. Ended up leaving without our drinks due to my son being late for karate. Would not revisit this Tim's.
