Perfect place to stop for a coffee and pastry on your way to Storm King on a weekend morning! Try one of the special lattes - the pumpkin chai and the Nutella one are available in the fall months right now. Great assortment of pastries and muffins and cookies, and plenty of tables and seating, plus lovely natural light. About a 10 minute drive to Storm King entrance.

GREAT little coffee shop in an adorable part of town. Very pleasant staff, and strong wi-fi, which is super important while traveling.

The staff is always super friendly and takes care of everyone. The lavender green iced tea is delicious! Great vegetarian options. Game nights and open mic nights are friendly, open, and supportive!

They got the ingredients right for a coffee joint. My only constructive observation is there's a smidge of cliquishness. And hey, that probably works out great for a "locals first" scheme. As for me, when I'm in town and want some Joe, I know that i'm not paying for smiles and "How-do-you-do's" at 2 Alice's. On the flip side, being exclusive has advantages. So it's really a wash. I like the place anyway.

Style and comfort with a very good cappuccino. NYT and local papers, alt/theatrical music, good for getting some work done too.
