My husband,and I had the best cup of house brew coffee today. We were happy to find this gem as we were driving along. Lori was a breathe of fresh air as she took the time to explain the roasting process, also the various blends. We are making this our go to spot for our coffee needs. The establishment has a relaxing vibe that was quite welcoming. We look forward to trying the other blends that are offered there as well.

The only reason this place is getting 3 stars is because they do have good coffee. However the snotty customer service or lack thereof turned me off from ever wanting to go back. I walked in the door and was offered coffee flavored syrup over ice cream. I then proceeded to ask if they offered a cold brew or iced coffee. I was snottily told "we are a ROASTER not a cafe" . Excuse me for assuming a roaster may have a cold brew available. A simple "no, I'm sorry we only have hot coffee" would have done the trick. No need to insult my intelligence. It is also odd that you insist that you're not a cafe if you're making and offering coffee flavored syrup with ice cream... I am well aware you are a roaster. If I wasn't aware of that I wouldn't have gone out of my way to your hidden spot in the Genesee valley regional market. Try working on your people skills. It might benefit your business.

Great little coffee shop in a redesigned warehouse where they roast their beans and grind them fresh. They are a true gem surrounded by Starbucks, Tim Hortons, and Dunkin' Doughnuts. They only make coffee in a drip brewer (so no lattes unfortunately) but a great cup of coffee only costs a dollar and conversation.

Freshly roasted and so so good. Great place, great people. Try the Brazilian Full City roast.

Great local coffee roaster. Good prices for a premium product. Friendly staff that always gives a complimentary cup of coffee with your purchase.

Very nice staff, wonderful coffee but also have a line of local tea. Space very attractive. Coffee smell is wonderful, even for tea drinkers!

Great prices, excellent coffee, and they even have a small selection of loose leaf tea. If you like flavored coffees they do have a very large selection. I went with the Brazilian Roast and Union House Dark Roast!

Nice and very friendly. Coffee tastes good and reasonable prices.
