Awesome wines. The bartender who guided our tasting, Ivory, was awesome. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. We laughed the whole time. Service was a little slow but did not hurt our experience at all. Look forward to coming back up some day.

Stopped here at a recommendation from a friend who knows we love our dry reds and it did not disappoint. Ivory served us for our wine tasting and she was amazing... very knowledgable and personable. Great views from the balcony where you can sit with a glass of wine and grab a bite from their cafe.

Nice wines, more pricey then some. Dolce is an awesome and versatile red. Views amd building are incredible and a very nice staff. Cafe is very nice. Good food and reasonable.

Nice view on the porch. I tried the vino Rosso, enjoyed it. It has nice complex flavours , esp the tobacco.

Relaxed, easy-going atmosphere and knowledgeable, friendly staff make this winery a fun place to visit. Each of the wine servers at the tasting bar have an incredible, wealth of information about each wine grown in the 23 acre Ventosa winery. The cafe is basically a take-out set-up where you order at a counter and take to a table.

Amazing wine and atmosphere. We will definitely be back. We loved this place so much we got married here.

While the food and service are very good, the lack of any decent beer to drink is shameful. This location is in the heart of the Finger Lakes Beer Trail and yet, even though there's a micro-brewery less than a half mile away, there's no micro's or anything else for that matter on tap! Consumers want to support the local economy by supporting venues who also support local businesses, and that includes breweries.

Myself and 2 other adults were treated terribly by their staff. We came around 4:30 on Saturday October 15, 2016 hoping to eat, have a wine tasting, and walk the grounds. Instead we were ignored when we entered, and waited for a while before the guy and girl working the meal counter decided who would finally wait on us even as we stood at the counter in front of them. Very basic conversation from the guy who made it clear he didn't want to be bothered by us. Then when my pizza arrived, he said he thought the girl got our silverware, drinks and the deserts we ordered. Again another wait and then one of my party had to go ask a 3rd time. Finally when we asked about a tasting, and he said that's over at the bar talk to the guy there. At that point we decided to not do a tasting. Upon leaving we thought to ask the girl at the front about seeing the grounds and she said to go ask someone at the bar. We left extremely frustrated. They had a wedding reception coming in as we were leaving and again no welcome to those guests either. All we left here with was sour grapes ! Had been there on a limited timeframe and chose only this one vineyard based on the online images. Don't bother people. Their wine can't be any good when you get bad service!
