I had a terrible experience at 1820. The coffee at 1820 Franklin Street, Houston, TX 77002 was burnt, and the staff was rude. My visit to 1820 was a major letdown. The coffee tasted like it had been left on the burner for far too long, resulting in a bitter and unpleasant brew. To make matters worse, the staff's dismissive attitude left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
