I stopped by Big Reyes Cafe on my way to work, and it was a pleasant surprise. Tucked away in 301 North Veterans Boulevard, Pharr, TX 78577, it's a cozy spot to grab your caffeine fix. Big Reyes Cafe at 301 North Veterans Boulevard, Pharr, TX 78577 has a modern, almost industrial vibe that's quite different from your typical coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded.
