I had high hopes for Boba Rush Cafe, but it fell short of my expectations. The latte tasted burnt, and the barista seemed disinterested. I won't be returning anytime soon.

So, I stumbled upon Boba Rush Cafe in 1653 West University Drive, Edinburg, TX 78539, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.
