Cafe Perle left me with mixed feelings. The pour-over was fantastic, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I'd return for the coffee but hope for better service.

I hit up Cafe Perle in 2703 Highway 6 South, Houston, TX 77082 and tried their caramel latte. It was sweet like a summer romance, and the barista was like a coffee wizard. The only downside? The seats were as hard as my ex's heart. Bring a cushion if you plan to stay a while!
