I was unimpressed by Centaur Coffee. The coffee was nothing special, and the ambiance was lackluster at the 2228 Town East Mall, Mesquite, TX 75150 location. I won't be recommending it to anyone.

Centaur Coffee at 2228 Town East Mall, Mesquite, TX 75150 has a modern, almost industrial vibe that's quite different from your typical coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded.
