If you're ever in 5317 Washington Avenue, Houston, TX 77007, you've got to check out Chopping Block. Their cortado was a tiny cup of espresso perfection. The café had a cozy, European café vibe with sidewalk tables and acoustic guitar tunes. A romantic spot for coffee and conversation.
