Cool Blue Coffee House at 511 North Grant Avenue, Odessa, TX 79761 has a modern, almost industrial vibe that's quite different from your typical coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded.
