I had heard good things about this place, but the reality fell short of my expectations. The coffee's temperature left much to be desired, and the accompanying pastries lacked freshness.

If you're ever in 22601 State Highway 71 West, Spicewood, TX 78669, you've got to check out Cuvée Coffee Roasting Company. Their cortado was a tiny cup of espresso perfection. The caf√© had a cozy, European caf√© vibe with sidewalk tables and acoustic guitar tunes. A romantic spot for coffee and conversation.
