I had high hopes for Cyber Cafe @ Balinese, but my visit to the 2107 Seawall Boulevard, Galveston, TX 77550 location left me wanting more. The coffee was subpar, and the ambiance lacked the charm I had heard about. I'm not sure if I'll return.
