My recent visit to Day Break Coffee Roasters was a letdown. The coffee was weak, and the pastries were stale. The staff seemed disinterested. I won't be returning.

Day Break Coffee Roasters at 1403 Avenue F, Lubbock, TX 79401 has a modern, almost industrial vibe that's quite different from your typical coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded.
