My recent visit to Dos Sirenos Brewing at 227 East Cevallos, San Antonio, TX 78204 was absolutely wonderful! The aroma of freshly brewed coffee greeted me as I walked in, and the barista's warm smile made me feel right at home. I ordered their signature caramel macchiato, and it was a flavor explosion in my mouth. The caramel drizzle was just the right amount of sweet, balancing perfectly with the rich espresso.
