I had a less than stellar experience at Flatlands Cafe. The coffee at 1901 West Loop 289, Lubbock, TX 79407 was too bitter for my taste. I was hoping for a well-balanced coffee, but unfortunately, it leaned too heavily on the bitter side for my palate.

I was thoroughly impressed with my visit to Flatlands Cafe at 1901 West Loop 289, Lubbock, TX 79407. The barista's knowledge about different coffee beans and brewing methods was astounding. I took their recommendation and tried the V60 pour-over, which was a revelation. If you're ever in 1901 West Loop 289, Lubbock, TX 79407, don't miss Flatlands Cafe. Their mocha was a chocolatey explosion with the perfect caffeine balance. The café had an artsy, eclectic vibe with graffiti art on the walls and hip-hop beats in the air. A cool spot for coffee and culture.
