I visited Flying Saucer Draught Emporium in 4821 Bass Pro Drive, Garland, TX 75043, and it was a mixed experience. The coffee was top-notch, but the service left a lot to be desired. I hope they can improve.

So, I ventured into Flying Saucer Draught Emporium in 4821 Bass Pro Drive, Garland, TX 75043, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
