I visited Freeway Saloon with high expectations, but the coffee at 31138 IH 10 W, Boerne, TX 78006 left much to be desired. It was weak and lacked flavor. I had heard great things about this place, so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, the coffee was a letdown. It lacked the boldness and complexity I look for in a good cup of coffee.

So, I ventured into Freeway Saloon in 31138 IH 10 W, Boerne, TX 78006, and their cortado was the real deal. Smooth, creamy, and full of coffee goodness. The café had this modern, industrial vibe with exposed pipes and indie rock tunes playing. Definitely a spot for the cool coffee crowd.

I had high hopes for Freeway Saloon, but my visit left much to be desired. The coffee was lukewarm, and the service was slow. It took ages to get my order, and when I finally did, it was disappointing. The lackluster brew and disinterested staff made for a forgettable experience. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Freeway Saloon is a sanctuary for coffee lovers. The pour-over I had was an exquisite blend of flavors, and the barista's passion was evident. It's my new coffee sanctuary.
