I had a terrible experience at Gong Cha. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 19020 Gulf Freeway, Friendswood, TX 77546 location were rude and inattentive. I won't be returning anytime soon.

The service at Gong Cha was excellent, but the coffee at 19020 Gulf Freeway, Friendswood, TX 77546 was just okay. I appreciated the attentive and friendly staff at Gong Cha, but I couldn't help but feel that the coffee itself didn't match up to the service quality.
