I don't understand the hype around Independence Coffee Co. The coffee was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The service was slow, and I felt like I was forgotten in the corner of the 2805 Highway 290 West, Brenham, TX 77833 location.

I dropped by Independence Coffee Co in 2805 Highway 290 West, Brenham, TX 77833 and had their iced coffee. It was like a refreshing slap in the face – in a good way! The staff was friendly, and the place had a chill, indie vibe. It's a cool spot to caffeinate and people-watch.
