Let's talk about Kolache Factory in 9821 Broadway Street, Pearland, TX 77584. Their flat white was an absolute delight, and I'm usually not easily impressed. The café has a modern, Instagram-worthy aesthetic, and the barista was like a coffee wizard, casting spells on my taste buds. Seriously, give it a shot.
