So, Kung Fu Tea in Pearland, TX 77584 – it's a bit of a hit and miss. The mocha was A+, but the Wi-Fi was a solid F. I had better luck connecting with my imaginary friend than to their network. Come for the coffee, but bring your own hotspot.

At Kung Fu Tea, located at Pearland, TX 77584, the coffee is consistently average. It's not the worst I've had, but it lacks that special something.
