I took their recommendation and tried the V60 pour-over, which was a revelation. The bright and fruity notes of the coffee danced on my taste buds, and I left with a newfound appreciation for the art of coffee making.

I don't quite understand the hype around La Estrella Bar. The coffee was overpriced, and the atmosphere left much to be desired. It didn't live up to the expectations, in my opinion.
