While the coffee was passable, the lackluster service left a sour taste in my mouth. The baristas appeared disengaged and unenthusiastic about their work, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.

I don't quite understand the hype around Lanai. The coffee was overpriced, and the atmosphere left much to be desired. It didn't live up to the expectations, in my opinion.
