My visit to Los Pasteles Coffee Shop 3 was a mixed bag. The location at 3605 Springfield Avenue, Laredo, TX 78040 is convenient, but parking was a nightmare. The coffee was decent, though nothing to write home about. The staff seemed distracted, which affected the service speed.
