I had a terrible experience at Matinee Cafe. The coffee at 555 East Basse Road, San Antonio, TX 78209 was burnt, and the staff was rude. My visit to Matinee Cafe was a major letdown. The coffee tasted like it had been left on the burner for far too long, resulting in a bitter and unpleasant brew. To make matters worse, the staff's dismissive attitude left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

The aroma of freshly brewed coffee greeted me as I walked in, and the barista's warm smile made me feel right at home.
