If you're ever in 701 Dallas Street, Waco, TX 76704, you've gotta swing by Mcdowell Cafe. Their vanilla latte was a sweet treat with the perfect caffeine kick. The café had this retro feel with old-school arcade games and neon signs. A fun spot for coffee and nostalgia.
